Im 7 months out had some lft shoulder pain comes and goes i wonder why its because im hungry>>thats wierd?? i jus ate and it went away????why does this happen??

im at day 5,,what types of liquids is evryone using?need some more ideas

i just got banded on 11-30..after thanksgiving..but now hopefully be on solids on xmas...u will do great...

hey ladies im at day 3..thick liquids fro me...protein shakes and pudding,,water bottle with crystal light works for me..and beef broth at moment..

3 days out...getting better each day went out today to mall...had my liquid protein with me..my stitches are still sore..

im drinking crystal light..isopure drink..jello..and chic broth...i ate pudding today it made me go #2!!!should i drink and eat sme time?

i cant sleep..surgery is 4 hrs away. bought broth jello protein liquid popsickles..what else..protein shakes..any other suggestions??? please God watch over me...
