I decided to have my surgery a year after my Aunt passed away unexpectedly. I had reached my highest weight ever of 299lbs and didn't think I had any hope. A friend talked to me about surgery and encouraged me to look into it. After researching and discussing it with my husband I approached my PCM. Our insurance approved me in less than 24 hours! The rest is history along with alot of weight!
