  1. i was banded on june 18th. i have an appointment for my first fill this saturday, july 18th. i am a little nervous and looking for any advice on my first fill. where i am at: i've lost weight but it's been really hard. i've had zero restriction. the reading material i got post op said i would be able to eat about 4 oz at a time. i can easily eat 8 oz at a time. i have yet to fill full, ever. i am really strict on myself because i want to be successful but could really use some help from my band. thanks for reading my blog and i look forward to any advice. teresa

i have only had my band for two weeks. don't quite love it yet but i am getting there. i am curious whether or not you chose to tell you coworkers. i've told a few people but not sure i want to share my business with everyone. curious.
