  1. I have had a few pouch dilations in the four years since I have been banded. The bad news is that once your pouch stretches, it can stretch again very easily. The good news is that while it may be annoying for a month to go with an unfill, you can work your way back up to your fill level and fix the problem. My problem is I like to lie down on the couch to relax after eating, and this is a big no no!! Also, I have always wanted to drink with my meals, instead of waiting 30 minutes... So these are things I am working on. If you need a mentor/buddy, I am available and would love to email with support daily. Good luck:) Petra
