About Me

My stats:

Height: 5'1"

Weight: Pre-band: 223

Current weight: (April 2011) 160lbs.

Band-date: Aug. 17,2009

Pro's: OBVIOUSLY- weight loss, confidence, healthier lifestyle, energy for playing with my son, self-esteem boost, attention from the hubby again...lol. Learning to eat to live, not live to eat.- and eating the RIGHT things

Con's: Small bites, small sips, still experimenting with different types of proteins that don't taste "chalky", diet confusion, sometimes felt awkward at food related gatherings, alcohol goes through me WAY too fast...(that could also be a good thing for when going out- it's a LOT cheaper now..lol) excess skin, smaller chest, etc...
