i cube an 8 oz block of cheddar each day. i snack on that during my 10 hr day. i bring chili,home made chicken salad that i make using bleu cheese dressing instead of mayo,or homemade meat chili with NO beans, or homemade meaty spaghetti sauce.

i dont go to buffets anymore. i order what i want, eat what i want and take the rest home. i don't leave it, i paid for it. i consider it a plus that i get at least 2 more meals from one night out.
