I'm sure we all have tried every diet known to man and spent a tremendous amount of money looking for just the right thing for us prior to getting to this point so I'll spare you the déjà Vu. Lol

I am a funeral director by trade and see everyday that life is just simply too damn short! I joined this board 5 years ago and have come back to it from time to time but I was still hoping I would find the program that was right for me. Well after gaining 80pounds back from one of "those" plans, I decided I would try exercise since I've never really liked it in the past.

So, in January of this year I spent a ton of money and two weeks at The Biggest Loser Resort in Malibu California where they had us exercise from 6am to dinner 6 days a week! I actually loved every minute of it even though it was really hard. I would love to go back 100 lbs lighter and do it again. It taught me to enjoy working out more than I did and I found things that I like to do and gave me confidence to go into any gym and know what I was doing and not focus on being the fat girl at the gym.

I'm 44 years old and after 5 years of contemplation and yo-yo diets, I'm ready for bypass. Life is just too damn short!

~Amy
