  1. I've made something similar to this but used a cheese grater and shredded the zuchinni in. It was very good, I think I also added onion and used fire roasted diced tomatoes and some other seasonings such as chili powder and cumin. Just an idea, it is very tasty,
  2. I had the lap band surgery this past tuesday on 07/07 and have had some chest pain. I am not trying to scare you off, but it is not fun. It freaked me out a bit at first because I didn't know if it was normal. But I called the doctors office today and they ensured me that it is just from the gas and it will go away. It isn't a constant pain, but it seems to come and go every now and then and last about 5 seconds. It is not unbearable, just kind of catches you off guard. Has anyone else felt this pain in the chest? Good Luck!
  3. I was also banded on 07/07 and I am having some bad chest pains when I breath deep or maybe sip a little too much at a time. I am afraid this pressure in my chest will never go away. I know it has only been 3 days, and it is not all the time, it seems to come and go, but it does scare me a bit. Just checking to see if other people felt this pressure in their chest and any suggestions. I have been walking a lot. Three times around the block already today, but it is still happening a couple times an hour...help!!
  4. Do you drink a certain type of wine?? The only kind I have found so far that I enjoy is a sweet riesling, and I know sweet won't necessarily be good after surgery. I am 23 years old and not ready to entirely cut drinking out, but I would like to be able to do it right.
