I decided that after heading into the 300 pound range of my life to get banded.  I really want to see me grandkids someday.  My legs, feet and back alway hurt from carrying so much weight around.  Getting short of breath from just walking was starting to scare me alot.  I was busting out of size 48 pants and needed suspenders to hold them up.  I have been really happy with my band that I got on May 1, 2009.  I've been stuck in the 220's for several months now but I also did start at 317.
