  1. Hi... Normal diet before fill.. After the fill, soft foods and shakes for a few days..
  2. My Dr. had the same requirements. I did quit and passed the blood test.. Takes about 2 - 3 months to get out of the system. I had surgery on Tue. of this week. You can do it!!!! :blushing::thumbup:
  3. Hi all, I got banded on 10/20.. My pain level postop was a 7.. Lots of back pain due to the gas they fill you with. 2 days later starting to feel better.. Gas-X strips, pain meds and heating pad have done wonders. Good luck everyone!

  5. Hello folks, I will be most likely having surgery in July too.. Dr. sent over referral last week, seminar 5-19, Dr. ordered sleep study..
  6. Thank you all for the great advice!! I don't want people making judgement on my decision.. Some people are mean and don't like it when others better themselves.
