  1. I agree with restlessmonkey....why do we equate a good time with overeating? I would love to get an unfill and plan a big trip around eating....in my dreams! But upon returning, you would be filled with a gain which would cause guilt and then you would have to build up to the sweet spot again....is it worth it? You can taste and have a bite of most anything offered. People should be talking so much that they won't notice how little you are eating. You can always say your stomach is sensitive due to the travel...whatever.....just think it through.....good luck and have a good time!

I brought home a piece of birthday cake and had a few bites about 9pm. I starting sliming and it lasted until 3 am.= 5 hours! I have experienced this before but the longest it lasted was 2 hours., this time it lasted 5 hours and I was wondering if it would ever stop. I guess it is called sliming....please let me know. No food came up...it was like dry heaving every few minutes but siliva (sp?) comes up with foam.....tons of it. I am surprised a little bit of cake could have caused it....I thought it happens with a piece of meat not chewed well enough. I do know about p.b.-ing, that is when you throw up food and then you feel fine. But I want to make sure this 5 hr. sliming is sort of common. Today I am on liquids and protein drinks....there is some pain when I drink. Please let me know of your similar experiences. Thank you, Loree

When you are suppose to take pills with food...but with LapBand, not suppose to drink for an hour after eating....what to do? I have been taking just a SIP of water after eating with my pills. Is that the way to do it or am I increasing my hunger because the food I just ate flushes out? Thanks, Loree
