  1. I am so sorry to hear of all the difficulty people are having with fills. I had my first fill yesterday, and it was very easy. My doctor does all fills under X-Ray. It took less than 10 minutes. He gave me a lidocane shot first, had me push up my stomach, and hit the port the first time. I only felt a small pin prick. I too was very scared for the first fill. I hope all goes well for you and you get your fill.
  2. This is my first post, and I found what I was looking for. Thank you to everyone who has posted about not feeling restricted. I was banded on 6/3 and about two weeks ago realized that I could eat and drink anything. I have lost 27 pounds since surgery, but not an ounce in the last two weeks (not gained anything either). I have my first fill on 7/27 and am looking forward to it. I was afraid that I did something wrong to feel this way.
