Im going tomorrow for a small unfill.. I'm pretty tight right now, & I want to be able to eat a salad & I cant...thinking about 1.25cc to be taken out..any suggestions or anyone done this? I've been banded since march 09

went for my unfill today..Dr. was more than happy to do it..thought I'd let Ignorance and Confidence know that my doctor says I'm a perfect Lap band patient, My goal was to weigh 145, but I hover around 130-132...Oh and even though I knew what you meant you spelled "intimately" wrong, just goes to show none of us are perfect.. & for anyone that cares to know, I got some fluid taken out because I had an adjustment in June & have been really tight since then, as most people know the junk food became easier to eat & I knew I needed to change that, hence the small unfill more room for good choices..

southernqt glad to know I'm not alone...I'm sick of junk & craving some real food! I cant wait til tomorrow

my surgeon will only do unfills in increments no less than .25 cc..I just hope I don't get too loose...but I really only eat a few bites of real food...lots of junk, so I need a little looser to eat some nutritious food!

I have 9.25 in a 10 cc band...Its tight but Im staying here been banded since march 09

Im about 50 miles from Charlotte & 20 from Rockingham NC...not that far from Greensboro

I was banded March 9,2009. I have been below my goal weight now for a couple years.

I had my surgery March 4,2009 and my goal weight was 145...I'm 5' 2" and I got down to 129...I have put on a few pounds with the holidays and weiged in at 134 this morning....but am back on track and plan to get down to around 120..

Hey...I was banded March 4, 2009...I am going January 3rd for a fill....I started out at 217 and now bounce between 153-156..hope the fill gets me going to loose a little more...love my band!

I have been eating peanut butter, straight from the jar....just eating it off the spoon...today all I ate all day was spoonfuls of it, until I ate supper tonight....what is making me do this!!!

thanks for all the replies...I'm glad to see that I'm not alone....I use the it in my protein shakes in the mornings too, and I've used the PB2 and loved it, but had to order it online...so when I use the last bit left in this jar, I'm not buying anymore for a while, gotta get over this! I do think I'm going to look for the Davinci syrups, I have heard alot of good things about them too..thanks again for your replies

I thought I had a 10 cc realize band, but went for a fill today, and I asked again, they said its 9.5, I am filled now to 7.5, and I am hoping this is where I need to be, the dr. said I should be very close now!

I saw the dr, nutritionist, trainer, and the psych, the dr.'s office was to turn in my paper work, within 2 weeks I got the call from them that I was approved, 1st dr visit 12-23-08, surgery on 3-4-09! I have BCBS state health plan, LOVE them! I am 5"1' and weighed around 206 at my dr visit, I was wearing a size 22, and this morning was able to button some old size 16's~

Hi, my name is Tammy, and I'm new here. I have been reading your posts and learning from them. I finally got my surgery date 3-4-09 so I figured it was time to join! I was afraid of not getting approved, and couldnt believe it when I got the call. I am going to Carolina weightloss is Charlotte NC, Dr. Stefonadis, and my sugery will be at CMC-Mercy Hospital. I hope you talk to lots of people here and learn what has helped you along in the great new adventure!

surgery is scheduled for march 4!! I am so happy & am looking for any advice I can get!
