  1. Thanks everyone for responding! I guess I should be able to consume enough in time, so not worried anymore. Heading to beach!!! (No, can't swim yet). I live in Hawaii, and not swimming for two weeks will kill me! Lost a few pounds already 3 days post op. wow. Marion
  2. I had surgery on Monday and am thrilled! I feel great. Tons of energy! But, I feel very bloated and full. I could only get down 2/3 of my bottle of isopure so I'm way behind on protein requirements. Is this normal in the beginning?
