Hey Mark, I was banded 1/7/09 and I'm feeling the hunger, especially right before dinner. Right now, I'm having some hunger pains too. I'm not due for my first fill until 2/12ish so I've been trying to eat more protien than anything elso so I will feel fuller. Hang in there!

A great way to enter your foods and have them calculated for you is at Livestrong.com. It's free and it will also show the breakdown of your protiens, carbs, etc. Check it out.

I'm moving into week 3. My doctor let me move to mushy foods in week 2, but now I've moved to some non mushy foods, just chewed well and small amounts. I'm feeling hungry now, especially right before dinner. I don't go for my first fill until February 12th. This week I'm a bit depressed as I'm not seeing the scale go down, although I reread my post op information and it said not to be stressed about losing weight at this point, just trying to eat right and get used to this new way of living. I'm glad to hear that you are doing well, melody.
