  1. HI, i am going to try the 5 day pouch test on sunday. To help get rid of cravings and to shed a few pounds. any pointers who ever done it before. I'm 2 years out and never tried it til now. I keep hearing thr first 2 days are the worse. Dont seem to bad from what i read,I guess I'll find out. let me know how you guys did with it and suggesestions., thanks..

    I am below goal (well was) 130 and my goal was 135. I got some (.25cc) taken out of my 14cc band, now at 8.90cc. I kept losing and didnt want to, that was 7 weeks ago, I saw my doctor and thought of getting a little more out because i saw 128 a couple times between visit, but when i weigh in at his office, i stayed the same weight as last time., so, i didnt. then for a few days now, i seem to be able to eat more then before, no warnings, and had pizza last night and usually can on handle a few bites, but ate the whole slice and part of the other, not the end crust though. and this morning at a slice of cold pizza, usually cant eat in the am, well most mornings, none the less pizza! And my scale is up to 133 too in weeks time. Debating when i need that fill back or what. I hope something isnt wrong wiht my band all of sudden. No pain or anything. In the past of have gone months between fills and no issues wiht hungar really. I just wonder i got used to be on the tight side and now it's not as tight and feels wide open. Also, for some strange reason i've been craving soda too, been without it the hole time, and no big deal but in the past week or so, been drinking some over ice and boy it taste great, before it kind of hurt when i drank it, not now. Thanks in advance for any advice..

    I have a 14cc band and have 7cc in it. I past on my last fill, didn't need one. Now my 4 week appointment is Tuesday, not sure I need one, never thought I be confused. Somedays, I have restriction and others not as much. I hit a plateau for 4 weeks and then did liguids for a few days and broke that and dropped 6 pounds. But this morning, I notice on the scale one piund back :crying: So, has any one been in this boat? any advice?

    HI, I had all my fluid removed about 2 weeks ago, due to waking up with heartburn at night. I had a xray today and no slip, but did say I had a slight tilte band, but not to be concern and i can start getting fills and see how it goes., I hope my doctor who will get the xrays agrees. Has anyone had this issue and how did it turn out. These will be the longest few days of my life waiting on my doctor to call me. Thanks in advance for you replies..
