Go t www.obesityhelp.com and check it out and go in the Maryland room you will get alot of help with finding a support group there. Actually I start mine on Wed. the 19th so i'll let you know how it taste. I was told that it sucks but I like whey protein so I might like it.:smile2:

I'm getting ready to start my 3 week liquid diet to shrink my liver and i am in hopes that I can do it because they are taking all of the fat mans food away from me. But I can handle I hope. :smile2: Dusty
