  1. Today is October 23, 2010 is there any support groups in Spokane/Spokane Valley/Liberty Lake area that are still active? My surgeon offers 1 per month downtown (I live at LL) and it's during my work hrs so I've never been able to attend. I would even be willing to start a group if there is anyone out there interested. I was banded 4/6/10 by Mathew Rawlins, Rockwood Clinic. Start wt 236 current 195
