Do you check out youtube at all? the weight loss community on there is amazing!

I am at 3.3 ccs filled. I have had restriction since 2.8 ccs. I dont feel hungry between meals since my last fill. I eat about 1 cup depending on the food. I eat 3 times a day. Hope that helps understanding good restriction. Ok weight loss so far...I am 69 lbs lost total since Oct. i have lost 37 lbs since surgery in Feb. What about yourself?

HEY there how are you? As for me, well I just found out my port has flipped on it's side. Doc said they might have to revise it! Ahhh another surgery! If they cannot access it for fills, and unfills or if it causes me pain. I am so worried!

One night in hospital.. bypass pt.s stay 3-5 days. i feel 100% better, i'm eating now, chicken soup, n salmon. it's getting easier.

My mom, sis n honey been taking care of me. i could not do this alone. i'm a lot better as far as pain pr discomfort, but my liquid intake is not good. i admit. because i hate the shakes. so i'm taking multi vita, and doing my best with suger free popsicles...they seem to go down great. milk worked for a while, but now kinda gives me weird discomfort. i'm hoping i'm ready for soft foods this week. be sure to learn n trade liquid alternatives. i didn't and luckily my sis tried diff things for me. two weeks on a liquid diet is tough. i can't eat jello, it won't digest well. so yeah...when is your surgery?

I'm doing better. was hsving trouble the first few days. i still find it diffivult to drink the shakes. so im hoping when i go to soft foods this week, i do ok. i was miserable for 3 days after surgery. good news i'm down 18 lbs. in 9 days. post op...so i've lost 50 total. what about you? how are you, and the weight loss?

Hello. yay i'm alive! ok, so i've had sum issues. let me start with i'm fine as of yesterday. my one week post op. i had a hiatal hernia repair, which slowed my revovery. i was sent home with 2 cc of fluid, didnt know. and well i couldnt digest for a whole day, so i became tired n sad n all upset. went to see my doc that wed to get unfilled. and it felt better three days later...horrible pain...i cried n regreted the surgery. but, have support so they helped. i also got an irritation to the dermabond, around the incisions. i've been tested,and now am fine. i lost a scary 15 pounds in 6 days post op. i am happy,but am focused on overall health. so yeah...it's been quite a week. how.s everything with you? i'm typing from my cell, i cannot access from my comp...weird.

Yes on monday. i have already had to go back for an unfill of 2cc's. ive been experiencing indigestion and acid reflux. but am doing better. i also had a hiatal hernia repair. im losing a lb a day so far. thanks for asking. how r u and your process?

Different strokes for different folks. My surgeon was very pleased with me being down 30 lbs. I saw him today for the final visit before surgery on Monday. WOwsa! I am very excited, and a tad bit nervous.

wow congratulations! you will be a lil thing in no time! HOw do you feel though, more energy? I am so happy for you. I had my office day today, and Monday is surgery! Yay. I am down 30 lbs as of today. Dr. Oliak was happy about that.
