Aloe vera extract, soy Protein and yeast extract can improve your skin's elasticity by increasing your body's production of elastin and collagen. It not only tightens your skin but your skin's natural defenses as well. Tummy Tuck/ Abdominoplasty is also a good option Abdominoplasty, or "tummy tuck" is a surgical procedure involving the removal of excess skin and fat from the abdomen and tightening the abdominal muscle wall. The procedure can make a dramatic reduction in the appearance of the abdomen.
