Yes...the site is cool.. I just started using it. They have alot of recipes & monotoring tools. My doctor is one of the best here in So.Cal. & he feels highly about both bands I think that its mainly the way you use it to help you. As well as the food choices you make...

I was on pre-op diet for two weeks and loss 20 pounds..

My doctor...sat & explained both bands & said he had seen great results with both.. But that it was up to me to decide wich one I wanted. I did pick REALIZE because of the on line support & also felt that the structure on it was softer on the port & the band. I got to touch & feel both.I thought the port on the lap was harder & bigger & I didnt want to be feeling it once it was inside me. Its only been a month for me but Im down 10 pounds. I'm happy with my results so far...& I feel good...that's what matters I think...

I went to six flags Magic Mountain 2 summers ago & I had trouble with the safety belts too..this summer I didnt go.Because I knew I wouldnt fit the rides because I had gain more weight... I thank GOD for giving me my band because I'll be able to go back this summer & ride everything again! I visited Big Bear last spring & they had me stand on a scale before they allowed me to ride a horse...well obviously I was too heavy to ride.. & I had to stay behind & wait for all my friends... along with another fat girl..poor horse coundnt carry us..

Congrats.. on your approval!! I got my surgery date..really fast I was approved in November & scheduled two weeks tops after...It goes by really fast before you know it you will have your band..

Hi Everyone... Just stoping by to introduce myself...Im also in So Cal..North Hollywood...got my band on 12/12. ..Im excited for my weight loss. Hey...Im right with you all ...Im on my 2nd week of liquids..its terrible.. :sad_smile: but I cant imagine not doing it correctly...I saw my doctor last week for my preop & dropped 9 pounds in one week.. of liquids that was nice..now I have till friday...of liquids..that's my surgery date..

I'm finally scheduled...for next friday Dec 12 @ Cedars Sanai Med In ... LA California.. Im excited...I cant wait to be done...lol. I thank GOD because he has been blessing me plenty through this process...

Hi Everyone... Im new here I just found this awsome thread today. I havent yet gotten my band but I am searching for my doctor. I have seen a few & I have a few others to meet. But I am very excited to change my life. I have been struggling with loosing & gaining weight all of my life. Its really nice to see so many sucess stories here it gets me motivated to go get mine. Congrats to all of you that have been doing so well & to those just startin hey next year around this time were both going to showing our success pictures. :thumbup:God bless you all...
