  2. I'm a full day post op and am on full liquids (after one day of clear liquids pre-op). I'm not a very savory person in general so I see a lot of yogurt and kefir in my future. I wanted to share some great products I've found helpful. And hopefully get some recommendations Bare Bones broth packets - I add half a bouillon cube for more intense flavour. The convenience of having a packet is super easy. Ryse Clear protein drinks - My favourites are kool-aid fruit punch and country time lemonade. They are both palatable room temp or cold. Clean Simple Eats - Toffee and Snickerdoodle are my favourite flavors. Milk with FairLife for higher protein content. If you're not ready to commit to a $60 dollar bag, try their 10pk variety to sample what you'll like. Definitely avoid the strawberry cheesecake flavor imo. KozyShack Rice pudding - Check if allowed on the liquid phase of your post-op diet. Egg Nog - Just in time for the holidays. What are some of your favourite liquids or recipes for this phase?

  4. I am only one day post-op but definitely feel full after a single spoonful. The urge to burp is almost always there, but I'm so used to swallowing air to burp (pre-op) that I can't burp now post-op. Not sure how I'm going to deal with the pressure and urge to burp. Just hoping it will pass over time.
