Cheers Adam.
  2. i have an appointment with my dietician and my wife is comming with me to that, i think it'll help her to understand what i am about to go through i get banded on the 14th on November so only days away now. i have been on the liquid diet for 2 weeks and have lost about 8 kilos so far, the penny only recently dropped with me when i realised i can't drink beer post surgery, i'm in australia, without the ability to drink beer......
  3. Schelduled for October 14th, the pre OP diet is Killing me (meal suplements are not your friend). I cant wait until this is over with. Grrrr. Hungry and frustrated.
  4. Hi All, this is my first ever post on this website or any website actually.... I am 140kgs and 6'3", apparently i need to lose 60kgs, but i think i'll look ridiculous that thin. 45-50kgs will be just fine! I am having my OP on the 14th of this month, so 8 days to go, feeling pretty nervous now. i have been on the Optifast for 6 days and lost 5 kgs so far. not so bad, but i'd kill for a slice of Pizza.:tt2:
