  1. Yes. Yes, you are. However, you're one of the best, if that's any consolation. Ya think? Eighteen is the max. I have never done full-time school, so I'm not sure how effed up I just made things for myself. But I figured, hey, if teenagers having beer bong parties and panty raids can do it, why can't I? Yeah, they kinda did. But maybe it's a mix of both.
  2. Lawdy, girl, can't have you succumbing to PG! Here's what Wiki says about it: Penetration pricing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
  3. My guess is Pink Pottymouth.
  4. What a killjoy.
  5. Is it? Is it really the end?
  6. What, no glitter glove and photo of shirtless young, nubile boys?
  7. BINGO!! That too! Why is it that your average layperson can figure it out, but somehow Washington can't -- or won't? Or is it the FACT that so long as they keep handing it over, they have secured a voter base? Which reminds me, didn't 'Bama promise no new taxes except on those who are "rich"?
  8. So does covering illegal aliens to the tune of BILLIONS of dollars each year. But instead of doing anything about THEM, they are all too happy to punish those of us who belong here. Not for long, Plain. Not for long. What I love is my mom sent me an audio clip of a radio interview where Betsy somebody was talking about the proposed plans that are tucked away in this monstrosity of a health care bill, ones where assisted suicides will become mandatory, among other things -- YET SHE AND MY DAD VOTED FOR THIS BASTARD!! I'm so mad I could spit. I almost wrote her back and snarkily thanked her for her contribution to this mess.
  9. More To Love is now officially on. And they are giving each girl's stat -- age, weight, height. Lovely.

    What she said.
  11. PJTP: Yay! I got an additional 9 credit hours transferred to my university from a prior community college! Three of those hours still might be iffy and may not pass muster, but they're there now. I'm at 59 hours of a required 120. Signed on for 17 for the fall semester.
  12. Which leads to the question: Lu, what does a fat ass breakfast consist of, anyway?
  13. The whole thing is silly, really, especially the indignation from the one it was about, considering what she was calling others. I too would be a mess if something happened to kiddo. And now I have that precious grandbaby... Wow. I just don't know if I could do it.

Too funny! And how is it you don't act all ghetto? You musta washed it off or sumpin'.

    It's already there.

Because I keep being brought into this by somebody who can't let it die and, yes, chose to override the mods (very bad indeed), I think it's only fair that I should be able to tell what was in my own mind when I said it rather than having somebody who doesn't know me do it. I used the term because of her belligerent attitude, her persona, her "character," and the way she handles people. Immature doesn't quite cut it. It's that "ghetto" attitude, the whole package. I have no idea whatsoever where she was born, where she lives, her social status, or much of anything about her at all. Until I clicked on her profile, I couldn't even tell for sure she was black. However, I don't care -- I would have still used the term. People who act ghetto act in a particular way, just like certain dance moves define Hip Hop while others define the Tango. Besides, since when do blacks have a corner market on living in the ghetto? It's more about a place, and when used as I did, a mentality and behavior, than it is about a certain skin color. I for one am sick to death of EVERY FREAKIN' THING being turned into some form of racial division. However, I don't care enough about it to change my ways. I believe what I believe, and I will say what I choose to say. I do not EVER kowtow to the select few who constantly choose to make racial divisions at all times and wail about racism. I don't go around calling people "niggers," but I absolutely refuse to always guard every single word I say, worrying that I will offend somebody. Frankly, I don't care. And if you get so worked up over a word that YOU chose to define the way you do, then life must be very hard for you. Now, move along already and get over yourself. Life is too short to get your panties in a wad over such a word.
  17. Oh Kristen, that is SO tragic and sad! I don't know how people survive their child's death. When I was growing up, I personally knew three kids in four years who committed suicide, and a couple others who died in car accidents.
  18. I've read enough of her posts to stand by it. If she's going to act that way, it's going to be called that way. If she acts like this in real life, I can't believe somebody hasn't knocked her lights out. As for advice, we "know-it-alls" were dissed from the start. People who have had the band longer than myself have given great advice, but they were slammed as "fat asses" and "know-it-alls." People with attitudes like that don't deserve the time of day. There are enough people out there with REAL concerns and problems to worry about rather than people who constantly act all ghetto on people in numerous threads. With that said, I'm moving on to DECENT people who deserve help. The kind that's needed here requires meds and counseling.
  19. You're making my point. You come in here with this ghetto, girl-rilla attitude looking for advice, but when it's given you attack those who say things you don't want to hear. Clean up your act and listen to the advice given to you for a change. I've seen your posting all over this site, and you don't do yourself any service whatsoever. There's good advice to be gleaned from all the "fat ass know-it-alls" around here. Otherwise, why ask??
  20. Who out of us hasn't? I didn't eat a THING for a solid month -- two weeks prior to surgery, two weeks after.
  21. So... then why take such a drastic measure like surgery if you were going to treat it like a diet? Unfortunately it's that mentality that tanks too many people. I wanted this too bad to cheat over a chicken strip or any other food during my healing. I wanted this more than I wanted food, and being in the same boat as everybody else here, I too was addicted to food. You don't hold a corner market on that one. My thought is if you can't even do this for yourself, then don't be pissed at those of us who took it more seriously than you did. Doesn't make us perfect. Maybe we just want this more or have self-control. But I am like PoolGirl in the sense that those who cheat like this get no sympathy from me. I also don't sugarcoat. I'm a tough love type when it comes to this. However, if you lose your band due to cheating, it's no skin off my nose.
  22. Aren't you precious. Then why do you come HERE for advice if people who have had this surgery longer than you are "know-it-alls"?? Try your doctor. Your "character" leaves a lot to be desired.
  23. Personal attack removed by me. The other will remain, however.
