  1. I care. We CAN'T share with others since we are trillions of dollars in debt! It's not like we have a wealth of money and goods sitting around that we can just give away! And I say, if YOU want to share, by all means, knock yourself out. However, I say we need to start hoarding for our own use. People aren't entitled to be here just because they want to be. There is a PROCESS. There are LAWS. People can't just walk in your house and live there, can they? America is MY home. they can go through the legal process, or they can stay home.
  2. Okay, that's HOT!
  3. VERY humble and modest. Nice!
  4. You were the one I was hoping for! :w00t:
  5. YOU know what I'm talkin' about. I lived in Houston.
  6. Good for you. I didn't say I speak for all, I said I speak for many. I believe in laws. I believe that if you want to live here and be a citizen here, there is a process. If you want to live here, you must adapt to OUR country, not the other way around. If you are illegal, you are a criminal and you have no business here. I want a better life too, but I don't go and steal it from another. What if you lived better than I do? Do I have the right to move into your house, use your television, raid your fridge, and sleep in your bed? Can I bring all my family members too? I mean, if you live better than I do, then surely you will graciously let me move in and live with you, right?
  7. So I ask again: Who is going to pick the extra guy, her or him?
  8. I don't like ANY crotch fruit that I have to pay for, whether it's illegal, black, white, brown, purple, or pink with lavender polka dots. I'm not too fond of ILLEGAL immigrants, no. And before I lived here, I lived in a cesspool of illegals -- Texas. And frankly, I don't give a rat's ass if you think it's racist or not. Telling the truth these days gets people coming out of the woodworks using the buzz words that cow lesser people down. I'm not PC and never will be. Some likely won't like what I have to say, but the likelihood is I speak for more than you would like to admit.
  9. That's a very wise grandfather, Elizabeth. Just like we shouldn't be the police of the world, neither can we take on everybody in the world. It's breaking our backs, and this is just the tip of the iceburg. If you CAN work but won't, you can lay in the street and expire for all I care. There was a day and time when people worked two and three jobs because they had enough pride not to go on welfare if they were able-bodied.
  10. So... it's hateful to demand that people follow the laws of the land? You DO know there are laws about coming and staying here, don't you? I have plenty to counter, but in three short posts it's very obvious it would all go over your head anyway.
  11. You sure do have a chip on your shoulder. Family here illegally?
  12. I'm enjoying a tasty pork loin as we speak. YUM!!
  13. "Crotch fruit" does not refer to any race whatsoever. If you choose to see it as racist only, then that is your issue, not mine. Seems you're wrong a lot. Illegals don't touch my life because I want them to. They have NO business here. They have undercut the American worker and only served to make the business owners richer. Since illegals have come here in droves and taken American jobs, have you seen services or products go DOWN in price?? I haven't. It's simply that the margin is greater for the business person. My family came over here LEGALLY in 1610 and were some of the original founders of Ulster County, NY. I have NO issue with immigrants. It's when they are here illegally that I take umbrage. They are no better than vermin, imo, if they come here to take from us. I mean, what's the difference between the greedy business owner who takes advantage and the illegal alien who comes here to take advantage? They need to go the hell home and get in line with everybody else wanting to come here. Oh, and while they're at it, LEARN THE FREAKIN' LANGUAGE -- ENGLISH.
  14. Ugh... :wink2: LOL Then again, I'm running up against a snafu. Insurance hasn't officially given the okay. Today I heard from the doc's office that BCBS "lost" my paperwork, so she's sending it again. She expects to hear by Monday, and my pre-op testing is TUESDAY. No okay, no covered. And Tuesday is the best time for me to do those appointments because I have the day off (running out of time at the end of the year).
  15. It used to be the best country in the world. Now everybody comes here for the perks of America yet try to change it into what they left. It still may be the best out there, but it has been severely compromised by others who want to make our country into theirs rather than assimilating into the "BEST country in the world."
  16. Thank you Susan and Babygrl. When all else fails, some just can't resist throwing out the racism card. And I TOO have always cut my own grass and cleared my own table, thank you. And the one year when I DIDN'T cut my own grass, I hired an AMERICAN kid down the street to do it. I will not support illegals by being a hypocrite.
  17. Only for another week. Sounds like a week from Friday, I can only have whatever fits through a straw...
  18. LOL, cute! Yeah, I appreciated April's posts before today. She's nice (even if she is a liberal).
  19. Thanks, April. And I think there's one other liberal who can tolerate me. Maybe I'm foolin' myself. And wow, yeah, big difference from mastiff to scottie! Like 200 pounds! lol Not a lap dog, for sure! I'm drinking now. Second one. May try to make it three before bedtime. Won't be able to do it for much longer.
  20. Sure, why not? Come visit when you do. By the way, that's a black Scottie, right? All dressed in pretty pink?
  21. I understand, and thank you for forgiving me (you forgive me, right? ) If you've noticed, I've backed off today. It is done. It is not the result I had hoped for, but I won't dog it (no pun). I was just playing on the drink thing and didn't mean to upset you. Enjoy your victory. I hope you're right. I'm just scared for our nation right now, and I can swear to you that it didn't matter to me who got in. The fear is the same. Also, for what it's worth, I unsubscribed from all the other political threads I was on but this one. I really don't want to hear it anymore or participate. I'm tired. At least the ads and calls are over with, but dang if they haven't started with the CHRISTMAS commercials today!!! lol
  22. It was actually just a joke. Down, doggie!
