  1. I am scheduled for my first fill in over a year, but I am not certain I should get one. I haven't lost any weight in about 6 months, but I have lost a total of 122lbs overall. I believe my restriction is pretty good, I definately cannot eat like I used to and I probably PB several times a week (eating too fast? not chewing enough?) I am struggling with old bad habits (ice cream anyone?) I want to loose 30lbs more and think a fill might get me there...any one have a similar experience?
  2. Wow - I could have written that post! I also had surgery on Sept 19, have lost 37 lbs and feel GREAT! My only regret is that I didn't get banded sooner! Congrats on your success!
  3. I am 3 weeks post op and highly motivated to stick to the diet to experience the quickest possible weight loss. I am still eating mostly "mushies," starting to incorporate other things. My question is...what "typical" day menu showed the most or most consistent weight loss?
