I'm motivated!

I am 3 weeks post op and highly motivated to stick to the diet to experience the quickest possible weight loss. I am still eating mostly "mushies," starting to incorporate other things. My question is...what "typical" day menu showed the most or most consistent weight loss?

I just used the tried and true counting calories. I stayed around 1200. I drink 4 20oz bottles of sugar free liquids. I easy exercised 1/2 hour and buiilt up to about 75 minutes per day.
