  5. My favorite topic SEX ❤️?
  6. Welp Ladies and Gents my poor Fanny pack is hanging on for dear life: I walk/run every morning and I have it as tight as it could go! Lol I will have to see what else I can find online. #Winning ?️?
  7. @AmberFL ohhhhh I forgot I'm excited about your boobs lol! Thanks it's hard but REAL....soo Only water ???
  8. Well it sounds like you are pretty active girlie so you're good!! @AmberFL mostly focus and clarity and hella energy! I am able to follow through with plans can't explain it but the focus is at 100% if you have a busy mind it helps!
  9. This may be a good advice for other people this has stuck with me for a long time. In another bariatric group this lady on zoom made a statement "Hunger is not an emergency" this resonated with me. Hunger really is not an emergency for the past 3 plus months I fast from 8pm to 12pm about 16 hours. Once you mentally prepare yourself it's a breeze. I tell myself hunger is not an emergency and there we go!
  10. You GO girl! I am Happy that you are LOVING the skin your in! So many people on this journey too me express not being satisfied, they are always wanting more..some of them I be like damn how much more weight do you want to freakin loose. At some point we should be satisfied you can't mentally live like that! ...............Your winning! Movement is so important, thanks for posting this video I will check it out. I work from hm this will give me something to do when bored ?.
  11. It's a bit woo woo but this is my Buddy he is a pine tree and also a marker for me. Once I reach him on my 5 mile walk/run I am so out of breath. This is a view from Texas. Texas Pines! Also this is my crazy lady 4am movement
  12. As we know MOVEMENT can be an important aspect of the bariatric journey! I credit a lot of my rapid weight loss to the fact that I love movement. Movement is freeing, it helps the mental as well as the physical. What movement do you do daily? What movement do you enjoy? How often? Post pics if you like!
  13. If like me you may have Lived In an obese body for the majority of your life and to finally be of normal weight I know is freeing. Winning!
  14. @Lilia_90 I love that!! I made a chocolate avocado mousse yesterday. We had the same taste buds goin! Deliciousness!
  15. Looks good! I feel you! I eat all the time too but it's very important to eat meals. I work out a lot and have to eat! My body is always like HELLO time to eat! I'm kinda on a schedule. So far it has worked for me eating frequently. Weight loss is still consistent about 2 to 2.5 pounds per week. I also stick to FULL fats keeps me fuller longer! P.S also because the food noise/cravings are gone sometimes I eat like a body builder the same S!#t everyday ?
  16. Do not know how to explain this I am a side sleeper fetal position like. My knees can now touch each other feels thin and bony they are rubbing together and it annoys be. When larger I did not feel this ?
  17. @Lilia_90 That is an awesome win! Love that! Movement is so important, glad you are able too.
  18. @BabySpoonsim glad you have a none jealous MAN! That's refreshing! Yes the looks are a trip!
  19. It's so good to have the bariatric community ...a group of "your people" who get it! This is a forever journey with many struggles. ?
  20. Today I'm Tired of "bariatricing" today..,don't feel like eating, getting in protein, or fluids. Just tired
  21. I appreciate this post greatly! It gives great and deeper insight from the Male perspective ! Thanks!
  22. Thanks for this view, relationship dynamics after WLS interest me. Some in the community have divorced and or broke up due to insecurities present, some are going strong. I hope that your fella reaches his health goals as well! Tell him you're ready to swing from the ceiling in the bedroom ??. Tell him he needs to match your drive ha.
  23. @Chatterboxdea when I was newly post op someone in the bariatric community told me to keep some old cloths! I am so glad I did. When you've been obese for so long your mind plays tricks with you. Psychologically I think I have not came far but when I put on old cloths it is a testament. I also have to take many before and after photos.
  24. Win: I'm 7 months post op today. Im reflecting and saying to myself GIRL YOU DID THE WORK! The WORK is REAllY hard, but the benefit outweighs the hard work. Unfortunately, with the disease of obesity the work is continuous, but Feeling great in my clothing, the ability to have more energy, more movement, and no longer having to take diabetes medicine are all major wins. Today I will embark upon a new journey now that I'm about 20 plus pounds from goal weight, I have invested in my health (a very easy on the eyes ??personal trainer who will work on lifting these glutes and tighten the thighs) time to put in more work ????????#bariatricwins
  25. This is a thread I started about the MALE GAZE and the bariatric experience, a question was asked about a Female Gaze and it was answered. Public forum or not if one is asked about their experience with the female species and it's answered then it is what it is. I welcome all responses but it won't be a continuum back and forth. I'm already bored ???. "You just say that word "Women" and I'm already yawning (women don't REV up my nether regions ?)....back to the MALE GAZE. Now MEN I can talk about them all day! I think I'm going to put on a small dress and go get some MALE GAZES ???. Reading some of these post it looks like I will have to get used to the MALE GAZE. So therefore I will go have a little fun. I will have to not be as pissed.
