Hello Everyone, Been MIA busy with work and being a mama of 4 but I have been working on myself and that's been a non-negotiable for me. I am attaching a picture of me when I started the surgery appointments to today. When they say this isn't easy they weren't joking but I've fallen in love with the process. Mine was the 16th and recently started losing weight but before the scale started moving I started seeing my clothes fitting a little looser. I definitely don’t have the same appetite but still getting used to how to tell when I’m satisfied before feeling sick but it does get better each day. I have finally had the energy to start going to the gym again!

Had mine on the 16th of November and literally just started going down yesterday. you were pumped with different kinds of heavy meds & IV fluids in hospital, that takes a few weeks for your body to flush out. Keep doing what you’re doing and it will come off

It has gotten better but yes vomiting made my tummy hurt so bad ?

Took the nausea medicine they prescribed and it went away. Just had a little chicken broth and some pain meds but I am feeling much better.

Hello everyone had my surgery this morning and have been sipping water & walking. had a chicken broth for dinner but after sipping 8 spoons of it I was full so that was exciting to me lol other than that I feel great! Minimal pain and the gas I’ve pretty much been burping. Going back to sleep now just wanted to keep everyone posted.

Welp guys gotta be there at 6am tomorrow morning for surgery ? I wasn’t nervous all this time and now my nerves are eating me up lol
