  1. Same here! Lost 14 pre-op, 9 in the first week post-op, then only 7 in the 3.5 weeks since. I see my doc tomorrow, and will report back. My surgery was 4/20.
  2. Struggling with shakes as well. Have started eating the Icelandic yogurt from Trader Joe’s - 18g per serving. Has anyone tried the Ohana protein shots? I see them advertised here, and am wondering if they’re worth trying to help hit the protein goal.
  3. I’m three days out and trying yogurt for the first time today. It took an hour to get a protein shake down yesterday. I’m not looking forward to it!
  4. Had my sleeve done at NYU yesterday, being discharged today. Has been blissfully uneventful - I’m worried it’s gonna hit when I get home! Just water so far - good luck to everyone else!
  5. Same day, same feeling! Although I'm also stressed about this liquid diet and not losing enough weight pre-op - I need to step away from the scale, as it only shows 2 lbs lost in a week. I was hoping to lose 10 in pre-op stage.
  6. I honestly bought every kind Costco had available! Fairlife, Premier Protein and Orgain. I also have Clean Simple Eats powder that I've been using. They are icky sweet and all too chalky for my liking. I started pre-op last Friday, but cheated a tiny bit on Easter - nothing crazy, but had some chicken and a couple of shrimp. I just want something more substantial, like tuna, an egg, or chicken - I'm done with the artificial stuff!
  7. My surgery is on 4/20, diet of mostly shakes with two cups of non-starchy vegetables daily. I hate the taste of the shakes, so have probably only been able to drink 1.5 - 2 each day. Can't get enough of the vegetables, so may be going over the two cups a bit. This is hard.
  8. I'm 4/20 as well - started pre-op last Friday (today is Monday), but I cheated a bit on Easter.
