Yeah the artificial stuff is really hard for me to. Just keep reminding yourself of why you are doing it.

Trishrivs it is hard. I’m halfway through mine liquid only. I’m struggling with stomach pain. I think it’s from all the artificial sweeteners. I don’t drink much of that stuff on a regular basis. How far along on pre op diet are you on? What shakes are you using?

All liquid as well. I’m struggling with the sweetness. I’m not a fan of artificial sweeteners. I’m on day 2 of my 10 day. No coffee either. That’s hard

@gojackets omg that would so hard. I’m on the same liquid diet you were and I’m on day 2 and already sick of the sweet shakes

You are lucky you get to have non starchy veggies. I can only have liquid and it really hard. You get sick of the sweet shakes pretty fast
