  3. I also get nauseaous, but mostly early in the morning when my stomach is empty, or right before bed. The doctor did say you could be nauseous on and off sometimes and also, maybe you are drinking too much protein at once, should just sip over an hour, dont drink it too fast, it may also be what you are drinking. I know when i drink a muscle milk i get nauseous sometimes. hope this helps

  5. congrats keep up the good work. I am glad you are using them, they are a little more expensive, but when you are dealing with something like this, I think a few thouseand dollars is worth it. 19. yea i am trying like heck to stop doing it usually its like egg or chix salad and usually only once a day. I eat lots of popsicles (my fav anyways) when do you really start losing weight. I am impatient
  20. I could not eat or drink liquid any longer, I am 8 days post op and the thought of drinking liquid again was yuck! I am eating mushies but tried regular food and was able to do it but was scared to. Lost 9 pounds in 2 days which was fluid I am sure. When will I start really losing weight I am ready to proceed. Oh the trapped gas from surgery sucks, still having those pains not as intense but still there and when it is taking pain meds help but heck its aggravating
  21. I am 8 days post op and i indeed felt that also, but knew i needed to do it but still felt so bad that i thought what have i done to myself and what if i dont lose weight from this then what. Now 8 days later i couldn't do another liquid and went to mushy and sometimes regular food, sugar free, low carb, but at what point do i start losing weight. I did lose 9 pounds 2 days after surgery which i am sure was fluid but have not lost a single pound since and am getting anxious. Does anyone know if the band is indeed a little tighter when they put it on or do they do that with the fill?
  22. what kind of band do yall have? the name of it?
