  1. I hope your stall was kick started. I had an awful September but the last 2 weeks I got back on track with getting in more protein and it has worked like a charm. I'm back on the protein shakes (once a day) to supplement my diet and get in around 100g of protein. I got off of the shakes for a couple of months because I got sick of them but I found some new flavors.
  2. Welcome! Not gonna lie, it's good to see another guy on here going through this process. We're only two days apart in surgery dates so it will be fun to compare notes. All the best!
  3. Woohooo! We're Bariatric Birthday Buddies
  4. Hello rokse23, thanks for asking! Yes, it was confirmed yesterday! I'm very excited and told the surgeon as much. I've lost 34 pounds already on the pre-op diet and ready to lose a lot more (hopefully). It can't come soon enough, ready to roll...
  5. Congrats on the successful surgery (mine is on April 10) and I know it's a bit early but Happy Birthday! Best gift you could have given yourself.
  6. April 10th is my penciled in date for bypass surgery. I get the date confirmed on March 22nd when I meet with the surgeon.
