  2. Thank you so much for your kind words and encouragement!
  3. thank you for your response! Yes, I know I need to increase my exercise for sure.
  4. So I had SADI on 12/27, I am down 30 lbs. Am I on target with WL or should I have lost more? My surgeon said she doesn't like to put WL goals on her patients bc the point is to be healthy. I feel so much better. I am technically 50lbs down from when I started program. But, I keep hearing from folks that I should be lower (of course people that have never had surgery and just have opinions)
  5. I caught myself doing the same thing before I learned it was common and called food funerals. And I can say for one I did not do that great on my pre-opt, and after surgery my doctor said my liver looked perfect and I did well on my pre-opt. Really all I did was cut down and three days of liquids before date. Haha. Everything works out as it's supposed to it. Good luck! you got this!
  6. yeah, well that awesome! Glad it not uncommon bc I was starting to worry LOL
  7. awesome! that is great. I was wondering what pant size I would be and this is helpful because I am starting my journey in a size 28.
