Who all has had only a panniculectomy with removal of belly button? Where did you go? Did your bcbstx insurance cover it? What was your time out for your surgery?

What types of exercises did yall do at 4 weeks p.o?

I agree with summerseeker, hug a pillow anytime you get up or you try and pass gas

I stayed in a hotel nearby just in case but was told to by my bariatric team

I did Ensure Max Protein drinks the Creamy Strawberry and the Cherry Cheesecake ones worked for me

So im bloated and ive burp and taken 1 pill of gas x and I am still bloated i haven't passed gas since I got out of surgery....and my blood preesure is 102/59 is this normal?

All my stuff got turned in on the 16th of Dec. And i got approved on the 3rd, got a call on the 4th and now my surgery is tomorrow

I am both excited and nervous!!! Who else had a report time so early? I am not a early morning person either lol guess I'm going to be now
