  2. Congratulations! I've also noticed all my shoes were loose which I thought was strange. Glad to know I'm not the only one. I didn't even think losing weight in your feet was a thing lol.

  11. How is everyone doing? I've been slipping back into some old bad habits, but trying to get back on track. I've been sitting at about an 85 lb loss for a few months and am pretty happy with where I am. I would like to kick it up a notch and start some weight training to feel stronger. Here's my progress so far. The first pic is 36 lbs down before surgery, 2nd photo is now at 85 lbs down.

  16. Hi everyone! Do any of you add protein powder to your coffee? I drink a few cups of decaf a day, but I know I haven't been getting in as much protein as I should. I don't really want to drink the coffee protein shakes because of the amount of caffeine in them. I want to find a protein powder that dissolves well in coffee, but I don't know where to start. Also, does anyone else have a problem drinking water? I used to love water, but since the surgery it hurts my stomach and sits like a rock unless it's flavored water.

  18. I've been doing pretty well. My stall is finally over. I was stuck at the same weight for about 3 weeks, now it is falling off. I'm down 30 lbs since surgery and 53 lbs total. I have had some issues with constipation and my hair has been falling out (which I don't have much to spare anyway because of the alopecia from PCOS). My knees haven't hurt at all and we are going to Disney next month. I am still dreading fitting into the rides, but I'm hoping it goes well. I was pulled aside in front of everyone in line to get checked in a test seat to see if I fit last time we went to Universal. Everyone was watching, and it was super embarrassing. I don't want to go through that again.

  22. Hi everyone! I had my VSG surgery on August 25th. Everything has been going pretty well so far. I have been stalled for the past 2 weeks, but hopefully the scale will move soon. So far, I am down 21 lbs since surgery.
