  4. I was afraid of how it would effect my body in the long run. Honestly I’m much better off. My health is so much better. It takes time getting use to the feeling after I eat. But with time that will get back to normal. Just follow the steps given to you and it won’t be a big deal. You got this!
  5. Well I’m down 50lb, and feeling wonderful. Only thing is I cannot eat according to what I was told. Same with liquids. I crave very cold water and ice pops. I recently started fruits like grapes and pineapple. But other than that I’m stuck with one egg and 2 meatballs max. Health benefits are worth it though. I’m down to a large loosely. Be encouraged everyone and we must learn and maintain discipline.

  8. My surgery date was August 30. I know that I have loss excessive weight. I’ve lost 45 pounds already. But I when I eat or drink anything I feel like I have gas. It takes at least 40 minutes to actually burp but once I drink a little water it feels the same again. To conclude I don’t really care to eat because I hate this feeling. Can anyone identify with this???
