  1. I am so over this preop... So, I am october third, and i have 4 week preop on optifast. This is literally driving me batty. I never obsessively weighed like I do now. I was given weekly goals I have to hit, weigh ins every weds. I weigh in tomorow, and the scale hasn't moved since Saturday at 261 and I am supposed to be 258 tomorow afternoon. I literally have followed this preop to an absolute T and I don't know what I have done wrong.. Or how to lose three pounds overnight. I am literally less than a week from surgery. If they cancel me I will be devastated.
  2. yeah I am really not a fan of the optifast stuff. I don't know why doctors make us use this stuff, because i truly am questioning what is in it.
  3. this sounds a lot like my plan with prisma
  4. I use the bariatric fusion chewables. it has everything i need and i dont need additional calcium
  5. So, I had a busy morning, and I left my shaker cup on the counter between meetings and when I looked at it probably two hours later to take it and clean it, the drops of optifast in the shaker had some green spores on it.. Any one else?
  6. I also am October third with the bypass! I will be thinking of you!
  7. Hey Im scheduled for the third! Have you started preop yet?
