  1. I am a week into my PreOP Diet and doing really well, 8 lbs. down so far... But I can't kick my coffee! ? I drink it black for the most part, sometimes I will put about a Tablespoon of my Protein shake in it, so no excess sugar. I don't have a sensitive stomach at all, so that is not an issue. has anyone else not give up the coffee?
  2. 8 lbs down since starting my Pre Op Diet, 14+ down since a month ago! 9 days left to keep it up!
  3. Try to not drink cold water, room temp is better. I bought a half gallon hydrojug and fill it for work, I’ve been making myself drink it while I am there. Now it’s getting easy.
  4. Covid is gone! So far all my clearances are looking good, so I still have my date of 8/17! On the plus side, Covid made my appetite decline and pushed me into the pre-op diet. So there's that.
  5. Sooo…. I got covid earlier this week, and all I can think is, will this effect my surgery date? So far I barely have any symptoms,so hopefully it stays that way.
  6. 22 days left and it feel like an eternity and then not...
  7. I am the same date! Good Luck!
  8. I have only told the people who matter to me. I do not feel I owe anyone an explanation on my personal health. and some people would be jerks. All of my family and friends know, and my co-workers who I am close with.
  9. I had to look up what that was, that sounds terrible. I hope you can get some relief ?
  10. I am working from home the week or so after, I am hoping that part doesn't hit me too hard.
  11. Tell me something you wish you knew or were told before your surgery. There's always something that we forget to ask, don't realize, What was that thing for you?
  12. I feel the same way, it seems so far away, but also so close!
  13. Go to GNC, most of them have an InBody Scan Machine. That is what all the ladies the do Bootcamp with my daughter use.
  14. This entire thread makes me so excited! Everyone looks amazing!
  15. I do the same, I like to see the horror stories though to make sure I am informed of what to watch for... Which I am sure is not helping me at all. But I am just that person.
  16. YES!!! that is exactly how I feel.
  17. My anxiety is going crazy... I feel like my surgery is so close, yet so far away still. I just want the date to get here!!!
  18. How are you doing now? I hope you're better!
  19. My surgery date is 8/17/2022 with Dr Shillingford. I will be at the Coral Springs Hospital. I would love to hear peoples experience.
  20. YES!!! That is the doctor I am using and will be at the coral springs hospital as well. I am so happy to see someone who had a good experience! Congrats on an awesome start to your jopurney!
  21. I am scheduled for August 17th !
  22. No matter what you do, Always make sure to wait about 2 years to tattoo a scar! or you could make it worse. I worked in the industry for 20 years and have seen numerous tummy tuck scars covered, you will end up with poor results if you do it too soon.
