  3. Day of surgery I was at 350, day I came home I was at 354 from swelling and fluid. Today, 6 days out I am at 340.6. I lost 22 the month before surgery
  4. How are you feeling? Better I hope.
  5. My doctor allows Greek yogurt after day 3, so it’s really by doctor
  6. It's been about 4.5 hours and no issue. From what the nutritionist said at my doctors office, it is really dependent on the person. I have always drank coffee all day, every day, so I just don't have sensitivity to it.
  7. Today for my morning Hot Drink I grabbed a short cappuccino. It was so good and I had no issue with my stomach after. As an avid coffee drink pre-op, and not having any caffeine for the last 2 weeks... It was the best cup of coffee I have ever had.
  8. It gets better! Just let as much gas out as possible…lol.
  9. I’ve been doing chicken broth with iso pure, and a little bit of the tomato soup too. Things just don’t taste the same.
  10. Is anyone else sick of so much sweet food from pre/post ops? It all tastes so bad to me at this point.
  11. SAME! Definitely not as bad as a C-Section was, but that sitting up from bed is a real pain in the butt. I haven't taken pain meds since I have been home. So I am moving very slow today.
  12. Today I haven’t needed pain meds. Everything is going down well. Being home feels good.
  13. Today has been so much better. I have never burped so much in my life.! Lol Hoped they bring my liquids soon. I was cleared for them hours ago.

  15. I had my surgery yesterday, it was a long day, and last night I had A LOT of pain from the air in my chest. I was finally able to get some out and feel much better. My stomach just feels bruised as of now. And I just had my leak test, so I can finally have a drink!!!
  16. I’m sorry you’re feeling so crappy. The nutritionist at my doctors office recommended a chewable multivitamin, two in the morning two in the afternoon, and then the only other thing you would have to take is one B 50 supplement chewable pill. But the chewable makes it much easier. The company is bariatric fusion.
  17. Thank you! Good luck to you too!!!!!!!!!!
  18. I am so excited/nervous/anxious!!!!! Tomorrow is the day!

  21. Yeah, I can't even think about eating that.
  22. My doctor recommends it, I am doing what I was instructed.
