  1. Congrats!!! You are losing fast! I am the same with my protein coffee. Have to do it that way. And my tastes have also changed big time.
  2. Congratulations!!!! I can't wait to get to that point!
  3. That chart gives me hope, I am 34.8 lbs. down since surgery... So I hit my 3 month goal at 2 months!
  4. You may feel a little tired, but I think the distraction from food might be nice. Just make sure you are carrying your water and Protein with you while you're out and about.
  5. I have been good! definitely still learning how to handle the new stomach and navigate new eating habits. I am losing a little slower than I though I would too. but, as long as I am losing, I am happy.
  6. I'm sorry to hear that you had such a slow start, but at least you are seeing the loss now. I feel good. I struggle once in a while with no hunger at all, followed by feeling hungry all day. The hunger days are the worst!
  7. That is awesome! Rides at Universal are my goal, I can't wait to be back on them. I feel good. I think my biggest thing is that people have actually noticed I lost weight.
  8. How are all my August buddies doing?
  9. Sounds like he would cauterize the area with the ulcer. Which would partially reduce the size of your stomach.
  10. My doctor told us all that he knows everyone will probably have a cheat. But do our best. shrinking the liver is the goal... and it's for your safety to do that. Just make sure you try to be as strict as possible.
  11. I started taking fiber gummies every day... having to deal with a couple of bad weeks was enough. The gummies work perfect to keep things regular.
  12. I was prescribed the Ursodiol. Only have to take it for 3 months. I am sorry you have had such a hard time. I can't imagine going through all of that when you are just trying to heal.
  13. I think mine was about a week or so. Then I felt a little more normal.
  14. I went back and forth a bit on if I should have went for bypass rather than sleeve. But I don't regret my decision. I know that I will not lose as fast, but I am ok with that, and I like knowing that revisions are possible.
  15. We all will go through this... just look forward to the end result.
  16. Me neither, but I have seen stories about circulation being obstructed and issue happening. I will stick to my leggings.
  17. Get some good High Waisted Leggings, Torrid has some good ones. But do not work out in something like spanx. That will restrict way too much and can cause issues.
  18. Height is over-rated... And I am tallish saying that. It's all about the attitude. I dated someone your height, never mattered one bit.
  19. I would definitely consider talking to a therapist. But also, eating too little will prevent you from losing as quickly. So you might want to start upping your food a little.
  20. Thank you!! I hope you can too! What a great anniversary gift that will be for you!
  21. I got my wedding ring back on today!!!
  22. I just keep reminding myself it will be worth it….?
  23. I had severe pain in my chest from air the first night. I made myself burp a lot and it went away. I am glad that wasn't in my stomach area, I feel like that could have been worse than in my chest. The paid after that was not bad at all.
