I leave for the hospital in a few hours. I live in ky so it’s 152 here have to be at the hospital at 7. I’m so nervous. Anxiety through the roof smh. . I’ve done prayed idk how many times. This is what I wanted tho. Good luck and congrats to everyone that goes today or this week or this month. We gonna kick ass.!

Second day of liquid diet ??. It’s like I feel tired or maybe depressed that I can’t eat. I never realized that I had a food addiction until now and it’s sad. But I’m doing good on my diet.

I start my liquid diet today so far so good. I do feel a little nausea from taking my medicine and vitamins without food but overall not hungry YET. Good luck to you all!!

See that’s why I wanted to TRY and start early smh. Either way I have to do it. And I have to do it for 14 LONG days

I’m doing a practice run on the liquid diet this week I start my real diet Monday and let me tell you it as been a struggle. But I have no choice but to get it right by Monday smh ??

It’s my second day I’m technically suppose to start Monday but I’m trying to get use it!!

And as far as starting the liquid diet early I did that because so I could get use to it by next Monday and it has been a struggle I tell you that lol. Today is my second day so I’m going to see how it goes!!

Hello IM NEW HERE. I have my surgery 03/21/22. Very excited and nervous at the same time. I suppose to start my liquid diet next Monday it I started it today just so I can get use to it by next week lol any advice on that. It was a struggle for me today I love food lol.
