I had my gastric bypass a week ago (may 16th) and Immediately after my surgery my vision started to get blurry, very blurry and still now. Anyone else with blurred vision?

My bypass + hh repair was early in the morning. Pain level after surgery 0 but NOW 8:39pm I have level pain 6. My Liquid diet start in stage 2. Protein shake, broth, sugar free popsicle, apple juice and water. Probably come home tomorrow. No nausea, no vomit at this moment. But you need walk, walk and walk. OFFICIALLY I’M ON THE OTHER SIDE!!! Yessss!!!!

I hope the nausea patches work for me tomorrow. Finger crossed, My bypass surgery is tomorrow!

I’m in the hotel waiting for tomorrow. I live 2 hours away from the hospital and I’m going to do the first one for surgery tomorrow. Arrival time 5:15am Surgery time 7:15am. Nervous but ready for my gastric bypass. I’m in 24 hrs liquid diet I think is the worst part before surgery. So good luck everyone and see u guys in the other side!!!!! Update soon!

My bypass surgery date is May 16th. 2022. I’m in shrinking liver diet now (low carbs) and the liquid diet is a day before. Just one day!! But now I have sinus/cold, REALLY???? any tips or recommendations?

Tricare approved me in 24hrs. I think the whole story was the clinic not the insurance. They submit my chart yesterday and today morning was approved! Crazyyy!!!!

My first appt was in Jan. 2022 and today (04/27) I was scheduled for surgery in May 16th 2022. In my case 4 months in total. That 3 months was for WLP insurance requirements

Hello everyone! My Bypass surgery was scheduled FINALLY! May 16 2022. Anyone else in may? Now I’m excited and nervous!

I’m Dependant. Now, I received a msg from the nurse and she told me that my Dr. Leaves the practice on June and I need a new doctor because he is booked up. First I was confused and now I’m frustrated.

@liveaboard15 Yes ALL documents were provided. Failed attempts. Monthly visits. My hypertension record and all requirements.

I was cleared two months ago with all my tricare select insurance requirements and labs but Now my doctor’s office told me that tricare requieres an audit of my record and probably take long time with tricare. Whattt???? That is pre authorization? I’m very confused!!!!
