  1. I'm ashamed to post but here goes. 1. WEIGHT- high 302 (aug 08) surgery 256 today 250 2. FILLS-1 1.5 in a 9cc ap standard band 3. RESTRICTION- very little, a few "stuck" times but no PB or sliming. Able to eat what I want and am full for 3-4 hours most of the time but, am able to eat more that I should at 1 time. 4. RULES- Trying to stick to 1200 cal per day(need to be more faithful at tracking exact calories), and not drinking after eating for 1/2 hour. Probably not drinking enough Water each day..working on that. 5. ANYTHING ELSE- I'm frustrated, I was able to lose 45 lbs on my own prior to surgery and now eating the same "diet" as pre surgery and not losing...hoping that my next fill on June 25 will help some. <sigh> Just Tired
  2. I'm a fan of the Daily Plate. I like that you can create meals that you eat on a regular basis. Good luck! Just Tired
  3. I feel like a broken record here, but, am frustrated. Last week I thought I had turned the corner and got my fill and was starting to see a slow amount of loss. Now, this week the 2 lbs I lost are back on. I'm trying really hard to be aware of what I'm eating, I will admit though that I have not tracked on Daily Plate as faithfully as I did pre band. So, guess I will start tracking again, and see if I am eating too much or too little. I seriouslly think that I went into major starvation mode during the pre/post op diets and my body is very stubborn now to let go of any lbs. Guess we all knew this was a "process" and that it wouldn't happen over night but, geeez can't the scale start to go down just a little. Anyone else feeling this frustration. My concern if it is this hard to get enough calories in when I don't have a ton of restriction, how am I going to manage not going into starvation mode when I have full restriction. Does the body finally reset and start to to lose at a lower amount of calories after it accepts the new norm? Sorry rambling away here. Hope everyone is having much better success than I. Just tired
  4. My Drs' office sent my case to them when I got my original denial. It only took 3 weeks and I was approved. They were more than fantastic to work with and I praise God for them. The work they do for us is priceless. God bless them Just Tired

  6. Hi, Still hanging in there, went for my 2 week follow up with Dr and he saw me for a total of 2 min's. Guess he thought I was doing great....and I am really. Trying not to be discouraged that my body had gone into starvation mode and on less than 800 cal per day I am gaining and losing the same 2 lbs. I'm on mushies now and am going to try to up the calorie count to see if I can start losing again. God's blessings to all the April bandsters Just Tired
