  1. Congratulations! Isn't it wonderful when clothes start getting baggy? I really don't see much of the change myself, but many others have told me that they can see it! i do feel healthier however, except for the constant fatique. But that seems to be my thyroid gland. Anyway, just wanted to say congrats!
  2. Congratulations on your surgery! I wish you much success:clap2:

I'm asking this mostly out of curiosity..how long did most people wait until their first fill? Are the bands generally left empty when they are first put in?
  5. DR Spiegel suggests to stop drinking 5 minutes before you eat and don't resume until 1 1/2 hours after...i've really tried to do this, but today was the first time I actually drank with my meal.
  6. I appreciate your answer. It is good to be able to turn to others who have gone through the same things.
  7. I have a problem i was banded 3-6-06 and for the past two nights i have been having terrible left shoulder pain that goes into my neck. It's horrible, i haven't been able to sleep and it scares me...I go to my post op checkup today, but was wondering if anyone else had expereinced this. Thanks:faint:
