Hi all! I had surgery on 1/4 and am feeling a little down. I hear it’s normal, but I’m frustrated with the lack of progress. I’m almost 4 weeks out from surgery and down 14 lbs or so. How’s everyone else doing?

My surgery was on the 5th and I’m day 3 at home. Still very sore and not able to drink all that much.

Definitely in pain, moving around ok though. Had moments of questioning why I did this to myself earlier but I know I made the right choice! -
