That depends a lot on each person, overweight...I think it's better not to get obessed with the weight loss and focus on following your surgery plan. I f you do that I'm sure that you'll succeed ?

Today I almost had a heart attack, they called me to delay the operation but it was only about the time not the day.

It seems there are two threads about January surgery,that´s what I wrote: My surgery (Jan 3rd) it´s still moving on but I´ll do my pre-op appointment online instead of in-person, so the things are changing too here in Virginia and I´m worried that I the end they can call my surgery off. Cross fingers!

I'm planning to come back to work 1 week post-op (office job) but it'll depend on my recovery.

Thank you for the answer I´m starting my process with them and on Jan 3rd I´ll have the sleeve. After 3 years, Have you been able to maintain your weight lost? It´s one of my main fears. Thank you
