  1. Has any one who’s had the bypass, switched to gummy vitamins & had no issues with their bloodwork? My surgeon said I had to stick to chewables or pill form vitamins.. I dont do well with pills as they make me gag & these chewables taste so gross?
  2. I havent tried chicken yet! Been a bit scared honestly! I hope it sits well with me, so far I havent had issues keeping any type of foods down. hope everything keeps going smooth for you as well ! & I’m sure soon you’ll be able to eat scrambled eggs without any issues! thank you! I don’t have much of a support system on my end, so if you need anything, don’t hesitate to message me! We got this??‍♀️
  3. I’m in the US ! How about you? I’m doing okay! I think I hit that 3 week stall everyone talks about! But I was recently cleared for eggs, tuna & flaky fishes! What stage they have you in?
  4. I had the gastric bypass on Oct 12. Ive lost 10lbs since then & havent lost anymore. I feel like I might be doing something wrong? I’ve read so much about people not meeting Protein goals due to feeling full/restriction, which I dont feel. I’m currently able to eat 3-4oz meals & I feel like maybe its too much? Like I shouldnt be able to eat so much, so soon after surgery. I’m eating slowly, taking time between each bite & I wait the 30 mns after my meal to drink Water. However, I don’t feel any restriction and I don’t feel full(I dont feel hungry either, but I eat to reach my protein goals). Should I be able to eat this much so soon out of surgery? Am I eating too much & that’s why I haven't lost any more weight? Is there something I should do differently? *I was cleared to eat eggs, flaky fish, & tuna. & I eat every 3-4hrs, & once I meet my protein goal, I focus on my water & don’t eat more. For reference
