  1. I did a week clear liquid, a week full liquids with protein, and now I'm finishing my week of soft foods and proteins. Sweet anything is straight out. I find myself struggling on protein shakes and yogurt.
  2. 2 weeks post surgery and I was dreading going to my cousin's birthday dinner tonight but this made the soft food diet so bearable! Refried beans, queso, chicken; simple and delicious if not much to look at. Forgot a before photo. I'd never have ordered this before surgery because it wouldn't have filled me. Stopped myself before I got that terrible knot in my sternum and took home the many meals left on my plate lol.
  3. Surgery twins! I had mine October 11th also. How are you feeling?
