Jewel - Congrats on the run WTG I started working at Sams today just had orientation so far I love the company they do alot of stuff for there employees that I have never had from another company. I am tired so I will talk more about it later. I am so wide open still so I am struggling to not eat so much but it is so hard

Well I can now say I will start working a new job Sat. at Sams PT to start. But I have to do what I need to do enable to get us insurance. I gave notice to my Boss Monday that Friday will be my last day. Today I am off because I am going to have a test at the hospital to make sure my tubes are completely closed from the Tubal I had done 3 months ago. ( it is a new way they do it were they scar the tubes instead of cutting them it is completely permanent). If I am not to drugged up I will try to post more tonight

Hey Ladies - I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to let everyone know her that my sister just gave birth on 12/01 to my beautiful nephew 7lbs 8oz 20 inches long. I saw him yesterday and he is so adorable and tiny. Compared to my son who was 9 lbs 11oz and 22 inches long. Do you know they lowjack babies now. No lie he had what look like a pager that blinked and was attached to his foot. On another note Arlene if you do start WW let me know what they suggest now. I am trying to eat right but it is hard being wide open.

Hello Everyone - I got to see my new nephew last night he is so cute. Except now I think i am getting a cold which my sister has. Ugg i am trying to take stuff to battle it early. ANyways he is 7lbs 8oz and 20 inches long. My sister asked me not to post a picture this is her first child and she is being internet protective which I can understand. Well I was alseep then woke up at 2:30am stuffy with a sore throat I just took some motrin but I wanted to say quick hello before going back to bed in case I can't post today. Since I am Diabetic if I take the discountedplan it is not health insurance it is a refund plan. I pay for everything up front then I get something back. Then if I got on a group Health Insurance plan through another comapnay then I would have a year exclusion which my family can not do I have to get out of my head cause I am scared to go back to school. Meredith missed seeing you post I can agree with you saying your thinking was "thinner for over a year than it switched back. I wish someone could answer that for us. I got to tight and had bad acid reflux my Dr just took half of my saline out and now I am as wide open as when I first had things done. I have gained 3 pounds I am mentally hungry all the time but I can eat fruit and drink frozen or ice cold drinks with no problems (which I missed so much). So I am in banster hell right now until Jan. Also dealing with job stress at my new job I have been there for 3 months and supposed to get what I was told was group health coverage but turns out it is a discount plan which I can't take cause I am Diabetic still and it will look like I have no insurance so now I am trying to find another job. I am going to be Debbie Downer now. I am 34 and did not go to college I finally got out of retail , supermarket jobs and have been either customer service over the phone or most recently have become an Admin Asst. now it looks like the only jobs I can get is back at retail or supermarkets. I was trying to get into a supermarket in the bakery so I could learn to be a baker or cake decorator so I could have some kind of skill I feel so useless right now. We are kind of hard up money wise with Cobra costing us 1300 a month and when I am at my crappy job which pays good I am so bored cause there is nothing to do. And becuase I am bored I eat I tried journaling than was afraid my boss's wife would find it. Only cause I think she goes through my stuff when I am not at my desk. Not the computer (which is their's I don't do things on it) but my actual bag or my purse but I can't walk around the whole building with my purse in my hand. Sorry I am so depressed lately. When I get to play on my son's Wii and playing my Zumba game it is fun but he unhooked it to hook up his playstation and now I can't get my Wii working and of course he is not here. Also more knews my sister is in labor right now but does not want anyone coming to the hospital yet. It is her first one and she is only 3cm dialated and took her an hour to get there but I so just want to be at the hospital. She is supposed to call my mom when it gets close and then I can go. It makes me want to have another baby I was hopeing she was going to let me in the delivery room. They actually let up to 3 people in the room when you give birth. My sister thought it would be weird. Okay sorry for the long post I guess I had alot to say. So this time tomorrow I will have a Nephew.

Okay and I can eat stuff that is not good. But I am trying to find a balance. I can't get a fill till Jan. However doing the Zumba I am so sore what a workout. Okay everyone back from the LB Dr took 4.5cc out of my band. I am going to be on Prilosec for a while to get my stomach to settle down due to it is most likely irritated under the band from the acid, PBing and so forth. I have 3.3cc in my band like in the begining liquids till Wed. the soft/ mushie then start solids this weekend. I get to start over and this time follow correctly. Oh he was not surprised at the weight gain because of the issues. I am go to my reg MD shortly cause I have had such a Migraine for two days and have not slept so she can give me a shot of toradol it is the only thing that really works. I might take tomorrow off to so I can get some rest I will keep you posted.

Well 1:00am am I can't get to sleep I took an ambien 3hrs ago and nothing my head will not stop chatting. I have not really felt good today nausea, headaches, I have had night sweats the last two nights something is not right. I think I have been messing up my stomach with all this acid problems and I need to get the Dr to loosen my band so I can rest my stomach. I sure it it a combo of stress, emotions an other stuff but I have never had acid so bad before and I do not want to take any more stuff for the acid the band needs loosened. Somehow I need to stay home from work in the morning and begged the to work me in I cant take it no more I have been eating sliders and gained weight plus I have been pbing so much even on broth soup I need HELP
